Our progression

Peter Mason was one of the first Property Law Accredited Specialist in Victoria having been accredited in 1995 Mason Property Law acts for a number of Property Developers for all their legal requirements including Property Due diligence, Contract drafting and review, Development Agreements, Subdivisions and Tax Advice.

Mason Property Law also acts for a large contributory mortgage investment fund and was at the forefront in assisting PEXA to establish its PEXA Projects settlement platform for Property Developments and Mortgagees on Title.
